In development for two and a half years, the Stuffall Bag has been refined at every stage until it became the bag we envisioned.

The supply chain for fur bags is exceptionally limited, and many workshops turned away from what we set out to achieve. There were moments we considered stepping back, until we found a single workshop willing to take on the challenge.

Together we developed a non-corrosive dye process that preserved the fur’s plush feel, durability, and resistance to matting, brushing and trimming the fur before cutting and sewing each panel.

The raw leather panels were hand-glazed and waxed rather than finished with rolled edges. The glazing requires time to dry between applications, slowing production but giving the bag a night and day difference in presentation and a more substantial character.

The handles were reworked with soft piping inserts to rest comfortably on the shoulder.

The result is the culmination of persistence, patience, and craftsmanship in a bag designed to turn heads and endure.
