Pre-Order/Made to Order Policy

Pre-order and Made-To-Order items begin production specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason once the order is placed; all sales are final for these items this includes any products on sale. By completing a purchase for a Pre-Order or Made-To-Order product, you acknowledge that production and shipping windows are good-faith estimates only, and that reasonable delays in manufacturing, quality control, tariff rollouts, or transit do not constitute non-delivery and do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks, including disputes based on change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or dissatisfaction with the wait time.

Production & Delivery:
Pre-orders are produced in small batches. We begin production in advance to reduce wait times.
Pre-orders are fulfilled in sequence, with earlier orders prioritized. Later orders may fall into subsequent batches.
Estimated timelines for production and delivery are approximate only. Some orders may ship earlier, while others may ship later than estimated.

Important Notice:
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production and shipping times are not guaranteed.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by material sourcing, production schedules, shipping carriers, customs, tariffs or other circumstances beyond our control.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on pre-order items.

Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information.
We will try our best to help but we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If extra stock is available, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Otherwise, replacements will ship once more stock arrives.

Communication:
Our small team does its best to keep customers informed. Updates are posted on our official channels, and we encourage customers to check product descriptions and our Instagram highlights that are linked on the footer.

Extraordinary Circumstances & External Disruptions
In rare cases, external events such as sudden regulatory changes, including tariff rollouts, customs processing issues, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen logistical factors may temporarily prevent shipment of certain products and are outside of our control. As an independent, small-batch label working with limited production runs and specialized partners, events like these can significantly disrupt our supply chain without notice. In such situations, We will continue working toward fulfillment and delivery of the product, even if shipment is delayed for an extended or indeterminate period, and we will never intentionally abandon or fail to deliver an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delays caused by these circumstances do not constitute non-delivery and do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks; all timelines provided are good-faith estimates only and not guarantees.

Orders submitted by 2pm EST are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day. International Shipping Policy

We’re pleased to ship worldwide.

Delivery Times: International shipments generally arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. We are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

 

Address Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products Policy

Our bespoke, made-to-order bags are crafted in small batches by skilled artisans, with careful attention to detail.

Production Timeline:
We typically require 1–2 weeks to source leathers, furs, and hardware before production begins.
Production by artisan usually takes 2–3 weeks.
Final inspection and dispatch follow within 2–3 business days.
These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Some orders may be completed earlier, while others may take longer depending on material availability and production flow.

2-Year Warranty: Covers unexpected damage under normal use.
