National Shipping Policy

We process and pack orders the same day they’re placed. Orders submitted by 2pm will be shipped out the same day. For orders placed after 2pm, they will be shipped the following day. Once your item is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Be sure to check your tracking info so you’re ready for its arrival!

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products Policy
For our bespoke, made-to-order bags, we offer exclusive customer support, including a dedicated email and phone line specifically for bespoke customers. This contact information will be sent to you via text or email based on the details you provide at checkout.
Each bag is meticulously crafted in small batches by our skilled artisans, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. As our bags are made-to-order, we require 1.5–2 weeks to gather all necessary leathers, furs, and hardware before production begins. Production then typically takes 2–3 weeks, followed by 2–3 days for final inspection and shipping. If any delays occur, we will promptly inform you.
As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, our bespoke products come with exclusive amenities, including:

Pre-Order Policy
Our pre-order products are clearly labeled, while some variants may qualify for next-day shipping as advertised. Please carefully read the product description before placing your order. Each product will be marked as either eligible for next-day shipping or part of our pre-order schedule.
To reduce wait times, we begin production before items sell out and use expedited shipping to receive them as quickly as possible. All products undergo thorough quality checks before being shipped to customers. However, unforeseen delays may still occur, and we cannot guarantee that issues will never arise.
Pre-orders are shipped in batches, with earlier orders prioritized in the first batch. If you have placed an order recently, you will likely be included in the second batch, as this system functions as a waitlist.
If a pre-order is mistakenly assumed to be a next-day order, we will make every effort to communicate and clarify the situation when you reach out to us via email or message. We are not liable for misunderstandings regarding shipping timelines but will do our best to assist you.
In the rare case that your pre-order is significantly delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a well-sized discount as compensation.
