All Sales Final

All purchases made through WORK(SIC) are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


Exchanges

Faulty or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a faulty or defective item, we gladly accept exchanges for the same product. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo documentation of the defect. Once approved, your item will be replaced at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, we allow size exchanges for the same product when available. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or intentional damage are not eligible for exchange or warranty coverage.


Order Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all order details (product, size, color, quantity, billing, and shipping information) are correct at checkout.
WORK(SIC) is not liable for incorrect information provided by the customer, missed updates due to invalid contact details, or delays resulting from address errors.


Warranty Coverage

All eligible items are covered by a two-year warranty against unexpected damage under normal use. Complimentary repairs may be offered for issues related to craftsmanship or materials at our discretion.
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and clear documentation of the issue.
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.


Production & Timelines

Processing and fulfillment times are estimates only and may vary slightly based on demand and logistics. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are approximate and may shift due to factors such as carrier delays or customs clearance.
Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

  • Review all product descriptions, policies, and care instructions prior to purchase.

  • Follow all care guidelines provided with your item. Damage caused by misuse or neglect voids warranty coverage.

  • Monitor our official channels for product and fulfillment updates.

WORK(SIC) operates as a small independent label. Official updates regarding product timelines, shipping, and customer policies are communicated through our website and Instagram highlights.
By completing a purchase, you agree to reference these official sources for accurate and up-to-date information.


Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase through WORK(SIC), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined on this page.
These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the customer) and WORK(SIC).


Defamation & Brand Protection

WORK(SIC) reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of false, misleading, or defamatory statements that harm our business, reputation, or team.
We’re committed to resolving any legitimate concerns directly and transparently with our customers. However, knowingly spreading false information about our company or products may result in legal action.
