We work with a small workshop that produces each batch to order. This keeps quality consistent and prevents waste.When you purchase, your order is placed into the current batch. We will email you which batch you are in. Batches generally take around three to four weeks for cutting, sewing, trims, and final finishing. These timelines are estimates and can shift slightly based on workload and materials.Tariffs were recently reduced for November and December, so we are using air freight again. This typically results in faster delivery, though shipping times can still vary.We also brought on a part-time customer service lead to keep support clear, quick, and personal.
